Public meetings now appear in the residents’ calendar and can be embedded on your association’s website. Only the title, date and time are shown.
Mark a meeting as public to show it in the calendar. Upcoming and in-progress meetings appear, while completed and cancelled meetings are hidden. Notes, agenda points and participants are not shared.
To show the calendar on your website, a user with publication-management permission opens Settings → Meetings → Website calendar and creates a calendar link. Add allowed website origins in Association settings, then copy the iframe code to your website.
Anyone with the calendar link can read its public contents. You can replace the link in Meeting settings; the old link then stops working and the website’s iframe code needs updating.
