Privacy policy
Swedish is the binding language. This is the same privacy policy StyrHub uses for operational data, including messages sent from this site.
Purpose
This policy describes how StyrHub processes personal data as controller for operational data and as processor for the customer's workspace data.
Customer workspace data
When an association uses StyrHub, the workspace can include members, users, contacts, meetings, documents, keys, rentals, projects and email. The customer is normally the controller for that data. StyrHub processes it as a processor under the data processing agreement.
StyrHub operational data
StyrHub is the controller for data needed to run the service, for example account and login data, support communication, billing, security logs, and acceptance of agreements. Messages sent from styrhub.se are support communication.
Purposes and legal basis
Operational data is processed to provide the service, handle support, protect against abuse, meet legal duties, and manage contracts and billing. The legal basis may be contract, legitimate interest or legal obligation.
Storage
Retention is described in appendix E of the legal package accepted at signup. Data is not kept longer than needed.
Rights
People may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. For workspace data, requests should normally go to the association. For StyrHub operational data, write to support@styrhub.se.
Security
StyrHub uses technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. More detail is in the security overview and appendix C of the legal package.
