The board can send messages to resident members and follow who has read them in the portal.
Choose all resident members, members in selected properties or individual recipients. Messages appear in the resident portal inbox and can also be emailed when an address is available.
These messages are for information from the board. The resident portal and the relevant permissions must be enabled.
