Preview meeting invitations and manage attachments closer to the agenda items they belong to.
Existing documents can be attached to the agenda, and attachments can be removed when they no longer belong. Agenda attachments can carry through into the minutes.
Clearer names and links to projects and tasks help participants understand which supporting documents they are reading.
